HOMEMADE COCONUT OIL TOOTHPASTE

2 Tb. Hearty Naturals Coconut Oil, softened
3 Tb. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. powdered stevia
5-10 drops peppermint essential oil (or cinnamon essential oil)

Combine the coconut oil, baking soda, and stevia then add the essential oil to taste. Store in an airtight container.

 

Coconut oil has many wonderful naturally-occuring qualities such as anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal abilities which make it a great candidate for toothpaste. It’s nice to make a container for each member of your family, so they can dip their brush into the their mix.

This toothpaste is also allergen-friendly, vegan, and gluten free.
