Hot Pumpkin Nog

Hot Pumpkin Nog by Loving Our Guts!


Hot Pumpkin Nog

2 eggs (we recommend organic, free range eggs)
2 Tb. butter
2 Tb. Coconut Oil
2 Tb. Honey
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 c. pumpkin puree
2 c. hot water
Ground Cinnamon or Nutmeg (optional)

Put all ingredients into blender in order shown and then blend. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired,

 

If you are looking for a little extra holiday treat – you can add some brandy!
